Making A Purchase
Easy - just place your order on the website - 24 days a day, 7 days a week.
Browse the items which take your fancy or use the search option and then add your chosen ones into the shopping basket.
When you have finished shopping, simply click checkout to view your order and complete the necessary payment and delivery details.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro, Electron, Solo and Amex. There is no VAT payable on childrens clothing, VAT @ 17½% will be payable on all other items. This will be clearly shown at checkout. All product prices are shown in GBP and are all correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. Overseas purchasers should place their orders by credit card and the credit card provider will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Your transaction will be encrypted and processed using secure systems. Your satisfaction is very important to us and please email us with any feedback.
Delivery Schedule
Orders placed Mon-Fri by noon will usually be despatched the next working day. Orders placed after this time or at weekends will usually be despatched within 48 hours. Most orders will arrive with you within 2-3 days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail. At busy times please allow 7 days to receive goods. If your goods are not received by this time, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone.

Tax Charges
There is no VAT payable on childrens clothing, VAT @ 17½% will be payable on all other items where oders are made from within the UK and EU. This will be clearly shown at checkout.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will love the products you order, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to refund or exchange (subject to stock) any items you buy through our website within 14 days of purchase. This will be taken as notice of cancellation by you of your order or part order. After this time, we cannot refund/exchange items. Delivery charges are not refundable but any items exchanged for a different size will be sent carriage paid. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser. All returns must be received un-used in the original packaging with all tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any returned items lost in transit. We therefore, strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. All refunds will be processed as soon as possible within seven working days. Please note that all sale goods are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
